This was a very easy recipe and had pretty good flavour. I marinated the pork for half a day and boiled the marinade after for basting and kept some for sauce after the pork was cooked. We did it on the BBQ and it turned out great. We didn't double the sauce and I found it was enough but if you like it saucy you might want to double the sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
it was very good. I put the leftover marinade into a small pot with a bit of chicken stock and boiled it down a bit to use as a sauce. Next time i will add a bit of chili to it so that there is some heat to balance the sweetness.
