classygrl ,The crust mixture took much longer to cook than suggested. It was more like a wet dough than a crumble mix. I think the margarine/flour ratio is a bit off. I also used 3/4 cup of lemon juice opposed to 1 cup. I like leon flavor but I think 1 cup might be a little much.12y
shelburnect ,This was delicious!!! My mother who doesn't even like lemon flavored food was scarfing it down! The only thing I would change, is that the cooking times for both the crust and lemon topping took a bit longer than listed. And the amount if butter listed was too much for my taste. I'll probably only use one stick next time. Other than that, it's perfect!12y
Awesome lemon bars. Had to cook everything longer then the time stated, but other than that these were amazing.
sinpony ,It went over without a hitch. Kind of confused about the thinner crust mixture, took forever to brown. Was it suppose to be crumbly? Whatever, it was good!14y
wayneschef ,It was good and I will make it again. However I will have to tweek it a little. When I put one cup of butter to 1 1/2 C of flour I got a thin runny mixture and I think it was supose to be crumbly. Next time I will use less butter or more flour to acheave the correct texture. Regardles it tasted great. Do note I am cooking at a high altatude and do not know the proper equations for high altatude cooking.14y
