I have made this recipe several times and it is very good and very close to what you get at the Olive Garden. I cooked it in the pressure cooker this time, but have also cooked it on top of the stove. It makes a LOT!
lashapi ,This soup is outstanding. I added five cloves of garlic and some red and yellow peppers. Just delicious. .11y
susansorrells ,Added 1/2 or a cup of chicken stock to it because it was thick. Also I used chicken instead of beef. It was yummy.11y
lydiaramirezbenavides ,Yummy this was so delicious very close to Olive Garden. There is still one flavor missing just cant put my finger on it.11y
ginagcarrie ,Very good. Family loved it! I added a cup of water and used pre-cooked turkey sausage.12y
swibirun ,My wife came home from work and said, "So and so at work had Pasta Fagioli from Olive Garden today and it tasted so good, I wish you would try to make it for dinner." I found this on BigOven, made minimal changes and she loved it. I used Italian sausage instead of beef and a slightly different seasoning mix.12y
tcamp33 ,Great version! My old recipe, that I lost, used bay leaves. I made this just as directed though and it was Wonderful! My husband only like creamy soups but LOVED this one! Great for winter! Thanks for sharing!!12y
