Suggest a better description1 - In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup of sugar, walnut or pecan and the cinnamon.
2 - In the mixter, mix the rest of the ingredients.
3 - In an other bowl, beat the egg with a fork. Add milk and oil. Add this mixture in the mixer in one shot.
4 - Pour haft of the mixture in a bread pan greased and spray flour. Spray on it haft of the cinnamon and nuts mixture.
5 - Pour the rest of the misture on it and put the rest of the cinnamon mixture on it. Pass a spatula in the paste in a circular movement to have a marble texture.
6 - Bake at 350*F. for 45 to 50 minutes or just as a tooth pic come out clean. Let it cool off for 10 minutes.
7 - Take it out and put on a grill to have cool off completely.
