very simple and tasty! I added 4 cloves of garlic, roughly mashed, and used 3 cans of tuna (well, it is TUNA casserole! ;-) As a topper, I sprinkled parmesan and some dried onion bits - went over wonderfully with the adults and the 12-year olds!
Not the most elegant thing you can serve, but it's a good busy weekday night family classic. While you can use virtually any kind of pasta, I think this dish works best with wide egg noodles. [I posted this recipe.]
