This simple to make Mac n' Cheese is the best I've ever had! We don't have a family get together without it, and everybody that trys it wants the recipe. So here you go.

Loved this recipe and so does everyone I serve it to. Did split mild cheddar in half with my favorite mexican cheese. Also after mixed and ready to go go in oven inserted little chunks of velvetta and american cheese in the dish for surprise pockets of cheesy goodness, along with a good sprinkle of mexican cheese on top for looks.

speedster85 ,I love it, has great flavor but im having a problem with the cheese it has been coming out clumped up after done cooking in the crockpot. I've been using 2 cups of sharp and 2 cups mild cheddar.15y
grecco ,I did like this dish. I would serve it again, but with modifications. I would not use as much corn starch - it was a little sticky - I would undercook the noodles a little and add a little more water. Once the sauce was absorbed and it had cooked warmed for the hour in the crock pot, the noodles were a little over-done for my taste....but overall very good and leftovers worked well, too!15y
