kpcolville ,First time I've ever made meatballs and they were a hit! I think I made them a bit too big, but I followed another user's advice to bake them in the oven and they turned out great! I used a sundried tomato, garlic and basil sauce with them.9y
pjl1980 ,After you brown the meatballs put them in a baking dish pour sauce over them cover and bake. It distributes the flavor into the sauce and your meatballs stay juicy. Cook for about 15-20 min on 3509y
jbloom45 ,It was easy to make however correction: don't use medium heat for the sauce for twenty min. It burns the sauce. True story. Lesson learned. Your better off microwaving the pasta sauce instead.9y
a_guy_called_danny ,Came out perfectly basil brought out the meat flavour topped with olive oil a Parmesan cheese perfect.9y
d34thch1ld ,First time making meatballs turned out great!! ... if the meatballs aren't cooking through for you try covering them with a lid turn down the heat a little and turn them every so often9y
starlight289 ,I made this for my best friend and family. I got great reviews. My hubby has asked me serve times to make this again.9y
driestone ,They came out ok the first time, but I made the meatballs about 2" in diameter. After cooking the meatballs (for maybe 10 minutes) in the frying pan I cut one open to take a look and the center was still uncooked. I ended up putting them in the oven for 10-15 minutes after that. I don't think cooking in the sauce would have been enough to cook my meatballs. I also think that they need more cheese. Maybe twice as much.10y
iggle-piggle ,So easy. I love meatballs but never made them till this recipe. Family Loves it. Working on my own sauce. Eat this today!10y
superwife ,I wasnt a big fan & my meat came out undone I really had a hard time with this one11y
rihaab ,What can i use instead of Jar tomato onion and chunky basil sauce? I'm from Sri Lanka and we don't have these products here. Thanks11y
lexadjackson ,My boyfriend said he never wants regular spaghetti again. He was all about these meatballs.12y
tracyboyle ,I used Italian seasonings instead of basil and doubled the recipe by adding Italian sausage along with the ground beef. These were absolutely delicious! I usually don't like meatballs because they are dry. Not these! Very moist!12y
latinross ,Excellent recipe. I excluded the basil in step one bc the tomato sauce already had a good basil flavor. I did add a hint of garlic tho to the mix and came out great! Definitely making this again!12y
missksalas ,Easy to make, unbelievably tasty, make sure the size of meatballs is small or you're in danger of making burgers! Served with cheese and basil for decor it looks like a top notch dish! Will deff make it again!13y
dcomortimer1013 ,This was excellent. I used parmesan cheese and it was a great alternative to bread crumbs. I baked the meatballs though and they still came out great. I will definitely make this again!14y
