This was excellent. I used beef broth because it's all I had on hand. Added red chilli flakes and some cayenne pepper. Topped off with chives. Left out peas. None on hand. Very tasty. Easy. Jasmine rice.
This dish was pretty tasty! I altered it a bit. I seasoned the chicken with sazon and adobo before cooking it. Also, I didn't have any chicken parts so I used boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces. I added a pinch of red pepper flakes to give it a little kick. Very tastey!
Saw this up the other day and gave it a whirl. Whoa! It was quick and good, too! The rice stuck together nice with the tomatoes and other seasonings, but everyone had 2nds so there was no leftovers, wah.

I really enjoyed the recipe. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is that it needed to be a little more specific.(add tomatoes but what kind crushed diced or whole?) I used diced & added paprika and extra turmeric. It was great thanks!
