This is my Moms meatball recipe that never lets me down. People always comment how fantastic they are and restaurants have taken the recipe from me. Try them and I hope you love em as well. They have a great consistency (not hard) and taste wonderful! Follow me on Twitter @ChefBigFatPanda
sdmama ,So easy to make and very delicious!! I make a huge batch and freeze some because my daughter is always asking for MORE MEATBALLS!11y
robbgriffin ,Great meat balls. I used my meatball scope tongs, worked great. Used a jar sauce with a little cream to cut the acid. Turned out great. See my 4 window photo.11y
chefbigfatpanda ,If you use the cup of Pecorino Romano as the recipe states, I have found no lack of flavor. Yum!11y
sandisoo ,First time ever at attempting meatballs! I am so grateful I found this recipe. Thank you for sharing. :) I added a little bit of adobo seasoning, salt, pepper and oregano.12y
giunta404 ,Not only were they quick and easy to make, they were delicious! Better than any restaurant meatballs I've ever had.12y
made these but used mozzarella because that was what we had on hand. Also, because we like a little "kick" I added about a teaspoon hot sauce, a tablespoon chipotle sauce, and a dash of worcestershire sauce. They were incredible, got rave reviews at our superbowl party!
cat6161 ,I made these but used turkey meat instead of ground beef and they were AMAZING! Thx for posting!12y
flagmom ,Good and very easy to make. I used regular old parmesan because that's what I had on hand. Also milk instead of water and 1/2 an onion minced with the garlic. My kids love them on mini rolls with sauce and melted mozzarella...mini meatball subs!12y
citymouse09 ,Nice and soft but I was underwhelmed on flavor. A good starting point if you like to add your own seasonings.12y
lcmcdonough ,This is a terrific recipe - simple and delicious! I've made it using 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 ground Italian sausage, and that's terrific as well. Panko bread crumbs are also a nice substitution as well. Thank you for the recipe - it's becoming a family favorite!12y
expat03 ,So simple, yet so delicious. I love these meatballs almost as much as the recipe from foodnetwork (barefoot contessa). Only that recipe is a lot more work. The recipe here will become my everyday standin when I don't have time for the fancy meatballs.13y
patiencepeters ,Yum yum! Added salt and pepper. The microwave taster worked out great. I was very surprised how good the flavor was even without the salt and pepper.13y
sarabond ,Delicious soft meatballs! The first night, we put them on toasted baguettes with fresh mozzarella and marinara for meatball subs. A couple of nights later, we sliced the leftover meatballs and used them instead of pepperoni for our homemade pizza! So good ( I did add salt, pepper, and some Italian seasonings).13y
chefbigfatpanda ,Fantastic! Katie Belle's asked if they could use this recipe for their restaurant. With proper credit, we obliged.14y
