This is our favorite chicken dish, moist and flavorful. So easy & comes out looking beautiful every time.
If using Ceramic holder, mix Beer & BBQ Sauce in ceramic holder. If using wire holder, pour out part of the beer from the can, add BBQ sauce to the can & place can in wire holder.
Rub Olive oil on chicken, then sprinkle with salt.
Place Chicken on ceramic holder (or on can in wire holder) & place on BBQ.
Do not cover or turn or move chicken during cooking. Comes out beautifully brown & moist.
Traeger wood pellet BBQ:
? 300 F - about 45 minutes
? Smoke for 1 hour
? 325 F to finish - about 45 minutes
Internal Meat Temperature: 150 F.
