Easy recipe. Even though several steps was still easy. Needed to add more salt for our taste. Didn't like the sage/thyme flavor. Think next time I'll omit that and 1/2 the onion. But over all very good. The meat was very tender.
These turned out nicely. I had thin chops, so cook time wasn't too long. I accidentally skipped over the part about removing the chops to cook the onion and apples, but it was all fine and tasted good.
Loved this! I doubled everything for the sauce, saut?ed the garlic in the pan before continuing with the onions, and used quite a bit more apple juice - I just reduced it longer with the pork chops in. Everyone cleaned their plate!
Great recipe with so many flavors! I needed something different for chops, and this was so refreshingly different. I also doubled the flour mixture, and cooked the chops longer at the end. The original recipe may have been for thin cut chops, and mine were fairly thick.
