Simple and tasty, although the sauce was a little sweet for our taste. I think next time I will use a little more soy sauce and mustard, and little less sugar. The salmon cooked up perfectly, though, and was very moist! I baked it covered in the convection oven for 13 minutes on 375, and that seemed to work perfectly!
Yeah, very tasty, considering how little effort. I threw the sugar in with the saute at the end just to caramelise everything and subbed dried tarragon for the dill. Might leave out the mustard if I made it again, didn't feel completely right, but then by that same token I guess I could add some ginger and call it a teriyaki.
VERY good!!! Very simple and easy. I sauted butter, garlic, onions for a minute or so, and then added brown sugar, mustard soy sauce, and lemon and made a sauce and then added dill off of the heat. Pour sauce over the fish and then bake for abut 18 minutes at 400. Cooks perfect. VERY delicious!!
