Our famously easy 3-2-1 ribs recipe will make your rib game the envy of the neighborhood. This super simple recipe takes all the confusion out of making ribs without sacrificing any flavor. Start by smoking your ribs for 3 hours, then cook inside foil for 2 hours and finish by removing from foil and brushing on sauce for up to 1 hour.

1. Remove silverskin membrane from the bone side of ribs if not removed by butcher already.
2. Season bone side of ribs with Honey Hog Hot Meat Church Seasoning. Allow rub to adhere for 30 minutes.
3. Season meat side of ribs with Honey Hog Meat Church Seasoning. Allow rub to adhere for 30 minutes.
4. 15-20 minutes before ready to cook turn on Traeger to a temperature of 180*F with Super Smoke turned on.
5. Place ribs meat side up on smoker.
6. Every 60-90 minutes spritz the ribs, both bone side and meat side, with Apple Cider.
7. After the ribs have smoked for 3 hours transfer them to a rimmed baking sheet and increase the grill temperature to 225*F.
8. Tear off 2 long sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil and place on top of each other on counter.
9. Sprinkle some Honey Hog Hot Meat Church Seasoning in middle of aluminum foil in shape of ribs.
10. Place ribs meat side down on top of rub on aluminum foil.
11. Wrap up/fold 3 sides of foil leaving 4th side partially open pointing upwards where you can use as funnel.
12. Pour 1/4 cup of apple juice in funnel just created in foil and then finish wrapping up/folding last side of foil.
13. Place foiled ribs back on smoker for 2 hours or until internal temperature of middle of ribs reaches 205*F.
14. Carefully remove ribs from foil and brush the ribs on both sides with with Traeger 'Que Sauce and continue to cook for another 60 minutes.
15. Let ribs rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
16. Slice ribs bone side up to easily see where to slice and enjoy.
