Suggest a better description1) Brown meat in olive oil in Dutch Oven 4-6 minutes, and drain fat
2) Add onions, bell pepper, celery, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, black pepper, coriander, and cinnamon, and cook until vegetables are soft 4-6 minutes
3) Add tomatoes, stock and bay leaves, bring to a simmer, partially cover and cook for 40 minutes, stir occasionally
4) Rinse, drain and add beans and cook another 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally
5) Taste and adjust seasoning
6) Serve with cheddar cheese and sour cream
