· 1 tsp cumin
B. add and bring to a boil 5 min.
· 1000 mL canned diced tomato (with juice)
· 1 tsp brown sugar
C. add and reduce heat to low; simmer 10-15 minutes
· 1 795 mL can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
· 1/3 cup bulghur wheat or 1 package veggie ground round
D. Serve with salt and pepper, yogourt/sour cream, chopped green onions
