You've been warned - this is dangerously convenient and addictive...
1. Add flour, sugar, cocoa to a large coffee mug, mix well.
2. Add the egg and mix well.
3. Add the milk and oil, mix well.
4. Add chocolate chips and vanilla extract, mix well.
5. Microwave on high for 3 minutes - the cake might rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
6. Let it cool a little, tip out onto a plate and serve with ice cream if desired.
