dolcecattiva ,This was excellent. I used a pork shoulder and I blended the 'gravy'. It was super moist and I enjoyed the taste.9y
shauneenmcnair-birnie ,This recipe gets made a lot on our house. I add more garlic and use apple cider vinegar and love it. Service with mashed potatoes. Amazing9y
tnt4035 ,Meh. I thought this was just ok. Not very tasty. Sort of like less sour version of roast pork and sour kraut. Probably won't make again.9y
johnny767 ,If the gravy is not thick enough add corn starch or flour that will do the trick10y
vrizzari02 ,This was so tender and had great flavor. I didn't have any apples on hand, but being from New England, I had apple butter left over from the fall and used that instead and it still worked out great. I also used apple cider vinegar (less than the wine vinegar because it has a more pungent taste. Thank you!!!10y
janinesmith ,This was the best pork loin I have made. Very tasty and tender. Even my four year old grandson liked it10y
jafkitchen ,Very good. Not so sure about gravy. It had good flavor... But mine did not turn out as pretty as the picture.10y
azclaire ,The pork was tender and tasty. However, my gravy never became gravy. I ended up with a lot of liquid and my apples stayed in chunks. I got the onion, apple, and garlic pieces out using a slotted spoon and abandoned the liquid.10y
tamdabombmom ,Absolutely the BEST I've ever made. Also, too pretty to eat. (Still ate anyway) kids both loved it too!!!10y
