Place 3 T. butter in 9 inch square baking pan and place in the oven to melt while the oven is preheating.
In a mixing bowl whip together the 3 eggs until thick and lemon colored.
Add the milk, flour and salt.
Pour batter into the baking pan of sizzling butter.
Serve with syrup or fruit toppings.
