The Perfect Manhattan gets its name from the equal amounts of sweet and dry vermouth in it. It's also no surprise that a drink named after Manhattan would have a variation that calls itself perfect. A Perfect Manhattan is a great choice for anyone who thinks regular Manhattans are a touch too sweet. Like all Manhattans, this cocktail is better stirred than shaken. We prefer to garnish our Perfect Manhattans with a lemon twist, instead of a cherry, to compliment the dry vermouth.
