Add water and honey to the pan. Add flours, salt, cocoa and coffee to the pan. Tap pan to settle the ingredients and level ingredients with your fingers or a spatula. Place a piece of butter in each corner of the pan. Make a small well in the flour and add the yeast. Program for whole wheat and a dark crust. An original recipe by Jim Weller.
