Place pot on stove and turn to medium high. After that, put 1 cup water, 10 cloves, 3 cinnamon sticks in pot. Let this brew until an umber shade.
After brewed, add 8 cups of milk and mix constantly. Do not let milk stick to pot. Do not let milk burn.
In another bowl, put 1 cup masa de maiz and 3 cups water. Mix it until it turns into pancake batter consistency.
Add 2 chocolate tablets, sugar, molassas and evaporated milk to the milk mixture and mix until chocolate & sugar dissolve.
Add the masa de maiz mixture and stir for 3 minutes
