This recipe is my own creation using Asian flavors and spices to better enjoy squash.Be sure you will impress your best friend, sweetheart, partener with the delicate flavors of this dish.
Cut the squash horizontally in half. Remove seeds.Place squash halves on baking sheet cut side down and bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile in a frying pan at high temperature stir fry the ground meat, garlic, ginger, chopped cilantro in oil for 5 to 7 minutes adding the sesame oil, Chinese 5 spices, soy sauce.
Stuff the two halves of acorn squash with the meat mixture.Cover with aluminium foil and return to the oven for baking another 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
