Drizzle Olive Oil over chicken and rub in
Rub with Chili Powder/Cumin Mixture - let sit
Braise/brown chicken in butter - set aside
scrape up bottom of pan - add a bit more butter and brown garlic in butter
Add 1 jar Trader Joe's pizza sauce
Add 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Add 2 T sugar
squeeze juice of one orange into sauce
squeeze 2 limes juice into sauce
Add chicken and simmer on low for 1 - 1.5 hours
let set overnight in fridge
re-heat - set chicken aside and let cool
de-skin chicken and shred into sauce.
