Suggest a better description1. Cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of water, heat at medium temperature and wait for the water to sizzle. Saute onions for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. Add garlic, cracked peppercorns, and bay leaves, and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Add puso ng saging, coconut aminos, vinegar, and green chili and cook uncovered for around 12 minutes, stirring occasionally until banana heart becomes tender and pan is almost dry.
4. Mix in gata and salt and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
5. Turn off heat. Adjust the salt as needed.
