Not your traditional Filipino cuisine - Adu-Bo is Pork Adobo with a twist! It's a convergence of tradition and improvisation at it's finest.
Mix the garlic, soysauce, vinegar, black pepper and pork. Marinate for at least 30 minutes then put to boil. As soon as it boils, mix the chilli and sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes then add the banana blossoms. Give it 5 more minutes and serve with hot rice and hardboiled egg on the side.
