Suggest a better descriptionBoil the 2 liters of salty water and put the rice and let boil for 10 minutes or rice becomes a little soft
Take out the rice from the water and put it into the strainer till the water is removed
Put the rice back into the cooker
Warm the oil then put the diced onion and fry it
Put the 400 milliliter water on the fried onion and let it be for a while
Now pour the water on top of the rice
Cover the cooker and let it be for 10 minutes on low
