Suggest a better descriptionTake the chicken meat off the bones and tear apart in small bits. Rinse. Place chicken in bowl and add soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, lime juice, and accent. Stir. Heat oil in pot and add garlic and brown. Add the onions until brown. Add the chicken and sauce, potatoes, and carrots. Cover and let cook. Slice the bell peppers and chili peppers and let cook.
