Enjoy this sweet and spicy tea hot or cold over ice. The African Rooibos red tea is naturally decaf so enjoy it all day!
1.Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan, heat over medium heat just until you start to break a boil.
2.Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
3.Strain the tea through a tea strainer and enjoy either hot or cold.
