Lots of veggies and no nitrate meatballs
1. Start to boil the pasta noodles
2. Dice the shallots, rough cut the garlic then sauté them in olive oil for 3 minutes.
3. Add the diced bell peppers and mushroom for about 2 minutes
4.Add the meatballs and sauté until brown
5 Add the sauce and both herbs
Both sauce and noodles should finish about the same time. Combine together and serve
