Suggest a better descriptionPreheat air fryer to 400°F. In large bowl, combine beef, chopped bacon, ¼ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce and Nashville Hot Seasoning. Form into 6 patties.
Place patties in air fryer basket or on rack in second position. Air fry 8-10 minutes, turning over halfway, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer.
Brush burgers with remaining ¼ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce. Top with cheese. Air fry until cheese is melted. Serve in toasted buns with desired toppings.
Makes 6 servings.
Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1. Place between sheets of wax paper in a gallon freezer bag. Place remaining ¼ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce in a quart freezer bag. Place both bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 2.
