1) Place a layer of potatoes on the bottom of an 8x8 square cake pan.
2) Spread the onions on topo of the potato layer and flatten them.
3) Add another layer of potatoes and then the salsa.
4) Layer the Monterey Jack Cheese on top of the salsa.
5) Place another layer of potatoes on top of the cheese.
6) Season the potatoes with salt.
7) Pour the heavy cream on top of the potatoes.
8) Place the final layer of potatoes and top with a layer of the jalapeno jack cheese.
9) Cover the pan with foil.
10) Place an Air Flow Rack on the middle shelf of the Air Fryer. Place the pan on the Rack in the Air Fryer.
11) Press the Power Button and then the Baking BUtton (350 degrees) and increase the cooking time 60 minutes.
12) Remove the foil and press the Power Button and then the Baking Button (350 degrees for 30 minutes).
