1. Combine Salad, Savory, and Salt into large round bottomed chopping bowl. (AJ recommends 17" wooden bowl from hollandbowlmill.com. Use code "AJ" to get a free mezzaluna with your bowl. They also engrave on bottom for free. June 2019).
2. Chop to desired size using Mezzaluna. The smaller the chop, the easier it is to eat more veg.
3. Transfer to serving bowl. (Optional: do these steps ahead of time, cover, refrigerate, and finish salad later.)
4. Add remaining ingredients.
