Suggest a better descriptionIn a large mixing bowl combine turkey, egg whites, onion and spices together. Shape the mixture in meatballs and place in a muffin tin or a baking sheet. Cook 18-30 minutes
Heat up the can of roasted tomatoes add meat balls and simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat- this is optional you can just pour the heated can of roasted tomatoes over the meatballs before serving as well.
Use a peeler and peel the Zucchini into ribbons like noodles- put the zucchini noodles in a pot of boiling wasted for 3 minutes. Drain well and put them on a plate with meatballs and sauce.
