Saute onion and shallots in butter until clear
Add Shrimp and cook about 15 minutes.
Add milk (DO NOT LET MILK BOIL)
Add the corn and heat.
Cut Velveeta Cheese into small cubes
Add Velveeta Cheese. Stir constantly until cheese melts.
Increase heat, but not to a boil
Add Crab meat,
Take off heat and serve.
The skill to make this soup good is to make sure it does not boil or burn.
