Preheat Oven 350
During dinner roll out pizza dough
Chop chicken into small strips, heat pan, drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, season with salt, pepper and chop garlic.
While chicken cook make alfredo sauce: Melt butter with garlic. Once garlic releases odor, add the flour for about 1 minute. Add cream cheese and whisk into smooth. Add heavy cream and whisk. Add parm cheese. Boil and then simmer to thicken. Once thicken add pepper and parsley leaves.
Making Pizza: Put sauce on top of dough, then add the chicken, spinach and tomato slices. Add the mozzarella cheese. Bake into cheese melted and a little brown.
