Warm butter over med heat.
Wisk garlic with butter for 30 seconds then add flour stirring constantly.
After 1 min add ½ & ½.
Once warm the sauce will begin to thicken.
Add parmesan salt and pepper and stir.
Use over noodles or on pizza
