Old fashioned fudge recipe
In a large thick pot:
Sugar, Milk, Karo, Cocoa, Butter.
Stir until Boil.
Stop stirring, insert thermometer on side.
Bring to Soft Ball Stage.
Take off heat, add pecans and vanilla.
Stir until it starts losing its gloss.
Pour into a buttered disk to cool.
My sister's father-in-law's recipe. Taste like fudge I ate as a child (many years ago!).
