A family favorite
Cream together the first 3 ingredients.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Pinch off walnut sized pieces of dough. Press into mini muffin cup pan to form a crust.
Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Removed and lower temperature to 250F
Make filling: Using the remaining ingredients except for the 10X Sugar.
Fill the shells and bake at 250F for about 20 minutes.
Wait about 5 minutes then remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
Sprinkle with 10X Sugar when cool.
With the left over dough I usually roll out and cut into squares. Fill the center with fruit jam and fold over from two corners to the center slightly over lapping. Bake 12 minutes at 350F Sprinkle with 10x Sugar when cool.
I don't know how much the dough makes, but the pecan filling makes 24.
