Makes 12-15 medium or 30 mini muffins.
Measure the first five ingredients into a medium-sized bowl, mix to blend everything with a fork, then leave to stand. If you don’t have wheat germ, replace with extra bran.
Measure the remaining dry ingredients into a large bowl, and stir well with a fork to mix thoroughly.
Do not thaw the blueberries, but separate any clumps of berries. Tip them onto the dry ingredients with the liquid mixture, then fold everything together until the dry inredients are moistened.
Spoon the mixture into 12-15 medium or about 30 mini-muffin pans which have been buttered or sprayed.
Bake at 200°C for about 15minutes.
