Suggest a better descriptionTrim all excess fat from the roast, season with salt and pepper and dip in flour to coat, brown and drain. Place all vegetables except mushrooms in the Crock-Pot and top with the roast. Spread mushrooms evenly over the top of the roast. Cover with beef broth and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
