Chicken casserole with water chestnuts and corn flakes.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large pot, boil the chicken until tender.
3. Cut breasts into cubes or small pieces.
4. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the water chestnuts, onion, soup, mayonaise and most of the crushed cornflakes. Mix well.
5. Pour mixture into a 9" x 13" baking dish.
6. Sprinkle the rest of the crushed corn flakes on top of the mixture.
7. Bake in preheated oven for one (1) hour.
