Spray crockpot with Pam. Put the macaroni and cheese in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients except 1 cup cheese. Mix well. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Don't take the cover off until it is finished cooking.
