1) Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Line muffin trays with patty pans. Place all ingredients in large bowl and beat with electric mixer for 2mins until smooth
2) Fill cases until 2/3 full. Bake for 15mins until firm, risen and golden. Cool on wire rack
-Cream the butter and sugar first, then add eggs and milk, and add flour last.
-For a little flavour, add a little vanilla essence.
