This sausage can be used as patties or cooked crumbled on pizza or in stuffing.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Can be used immediately or left in the refrigerator over night so the flavors can meld. If using right away, form into patties and saute for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. If using as a crumble, ie for pizza, saute for 10 to 15 minutes until no longer pink.
NOTE: If you don't have fresh herbs, use twice the amount of dried.
