Mix the first six ingredients together , make sure it is mixed well. You can store this in a container for future use. In a large bowl put 2 3/4 cup of the mix and add 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, 1/2 cup melted butter and what ever you like to this batter. mix and put into muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees or until done
