Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Toss with 2 Tbsp. olive oil and season with 3/4 tsp ground allspice, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Grill 10 minutes on each side or until tender. Meanwhile , whisk together 3 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 tsp. ground allspice, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Pour over grilled sweet potatoes, thinly sliced pears, and sliced green onion; toss to coat.
