Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage in skillet, breaking into pieces. Allow to cool. Cut bread into cubes. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Mix in cheese, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Add bread and sausage, then mix to combine. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or refrigerate overnight before baking.
