Blend batter in a blender to make the product more pancake like.
375° on a non-stick electric griddle (best results).
Wait for them to bubble and set-up.
Flip.
Makes about four 6? pancakes.
Topping ideas:
Frozen berries heated, mashed/blended
The above berries mixed with melted butter
Just melted butter
100% cacao melted in butter
For those with no access to Almond butter, combine the eggs with dry almonds and blend the crap out of them.
