This cake can be a dessert or a delicious coffeecake.
Grease and flour springform pan (or whatever you choose). Preheat oven to 350.
Melt the butter and stir in the sugar. Add eggs, almond extract and vanilla. Combine flour and salt thoroughly. Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture.
Spread into baking pan. Sprinkle the top with sliced almonds and raw sugar.
Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes or until done.
