RAW ice cream
1. combine almond butter, water, cashews, palm sugar or agave nectar, vanilla extract or vanilla bean seeds, and sea salt in a blender and puree until smooth. Transfer to a clean container and cool in freezer for 30 min
2. pour mixture into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions. Serve immediately or freeze
3. If using a masticating juicer, pour liquid mixture into ice cube trays and freeze
4. Install the blank plate into the juicer and feed frozen cubes into the chute. Serve immediately or freeze.
